I work on turning complex customer challenges into practical, high-impact solutions across CRM, AI, automation, reporting, and systems design.

My focus is helping teams move from unclear requirements to concrete roadmaps, scalable implementation plans, and measurable business outcomes.

This site is a small public notebook: resume, project notes, and writing about agentic workflows inside customer systems. It is not HubSpot product documentation, and it is not a SaaS app with an API to call.

## How to read this site

Use articles when the question is about measuring or operating HubSpot AI in production. About, contact, and privacy exist so a stranger — human or agent — can tell who this is and how to reach me.

### If you are a person

Read the resume first. Then skim a project or article only if the problem looks like one you have. If you want to talk, email is the right door — I answer as a person, not as a ticket queue.
